Refund & Return Policy

Not the right fit? No problem. We want you to love what you wear. If it’s not right, we’ll make it right.

• Timeline: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags (if applicable) attached.

• Returns: To start a return, contact us at ProfessionalNovice@gmail.com. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
